Problem where Adjustment Screen Turns to White with EIZO EasyPIX (Mac Version) when Adjusting Monitor
Applicable Products: EIZO EasyPIX supported monitors and EIZO EasyPIX version 2.0.0.xx
1. Description
When Adobe AIR 2.6 is installed on Mac OS X 10.6, EIZO EasyPIX may display a white screen and stop working when proceeding from the main window to the adjustment window.
2. Temporary Measure
Press the “ESC” key to return to the main window.
To avoid this problem uninstall Adobe AIR and re-install EasyPIX following the steps below. In addition, please do not update Adobe AIR before the revised version of the EasyPIX is released.
(1) Click [Applications] > [Utilities] > [Adobe AIR Uninstaller] to uninstall Adobe AIR version 2.6.
(2) Re-install EIZO EasyPIX version 2.0.0.21.
(3) Refrain from updating Adobe AIR.
